This calendar lists events for seniors, boomers, older adults and family caregivers living in the greater Grand Junction area. Many of the events feature companies and non-profit organizations presenting information to educate and inform seniors and their families on resources available in the community. Occasionally we include other events from the Colorado Front Range.

Absolute Dance Presents Snow White the Ballet

From the studio that has brought the community ballets such as The Nutcracker and Alice's Wonderland, join Absolute Dance as they bring their annual ballet to the stage for one weekend only of Snow White. Over 60 local dancers that auditioned and have been rehearsing since August will be featured in this full-length ballet. Who doesn’t love the fairy tale story of Snow White with characters from the evil queen, the adorable forest creatures, to the entertaining and fun loving seven dwarfs.
