Belcaro offers an Age qualified community, and provides 24-hour emergency call systems with a pull cord to 911, for each apartment. Apartments are wheelchair and elevator accessible. All apartments have peepholes in each apartment door. All bathrooms are wheelchair accessible with grab bars. Belcaro allows smoking only in individual apartments with all common areas smoke free, keeping allergy and asthma sufferers in mind. Front doors are locked 24hrs a day with key code entry only, by residents and staff. Belcaro is located in a safe neighborhood area and has security outdoor lighting for the evening hours.
Along with planned social activities by the activities director, there is a private patio area providing a barbeque grill for all residents and their guests. Residents have access to a fully equipped fitness room to meet their exercise needs, along with onsite walking trails. Silver Key provides transportation to the local Senior Recreation Center see e-link below. Storage facilities are available also for the odd set of golf clubs, bicycles, collections or any other thing that needs storing. For your convenience there is water, sewer & trash pickup included in your rate and on site maintenance available.
Near by is shopping at the Bluffs Mall transportation is available by Silver Key. A variety of restaurants for all types of palatable cuisines is in the area as well. Belcaro offers van services to nearby King Soopers and Safeway for the convenience of their residents.
