The Avenues Crofton Park in Broomfield Now Accepting Pre-leasing Applications

Broomfield, Colorado – October 2013: “Senior Boutique Living,” is a new concept in apartment living for adults 55 and over is under construction in Broomfield at Lowell Boulevard and 124th Avenue. The announcement was made today by Len McBroom, owner, The Avenues Company, the leasing and management firm for The Avenues Crofton Park apartments.
Resident occupancy is set for spring 2014. Priority pre-leasing applications are now being accepted.
When completed, The Avenues Crofton Park will feature 70 apartments and 20 cottage homes with a traditional design. Seniors can rent apartments to enjoy an independent lifestyle that includes a great room with library, a “great hall” for special events, a catering kitchen with private dining room, wellness center, fitness room and spa, and an outdoor great room. The grounds are surrounded by community gardens, a reading garden and waterfall, and the community is within walking distance of Metzger Farm open space. Residents also can take advantage of housekeeping, concierge and onsite management services.
McBroom said, “Our research shows that seniors want independent living and control of choices and options for how they live. They want to live life on their terms. At The Avenues Crofton Park, we’re offering a beautiful place to live and a lifestyle menu of custom services and programs.”
Each apartment and cottage home features energy efficient appliances, wood cabinets, granite countertops and accessible design. Plus, all apartments and common areas will be well-lit and occupants will benefit from secure and covered parking, private decks or patios, and dedicated storage. Also, it has been designated as a non-smoking environment.
McBroom said the community is within minutes of Flatirons Crossing Shopping Center, pharmacy, grocery and four major healthcare facilities, public recreation centers and golf courses.

The Avenues Crofton Park will be a green construction community and expects to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
